About Me

My photo
Roughly 1/3 of a century old. I am a father of two, and a very lucky husband to my beautiful wife Jennifer. We are all very active, and love the outdoors. We camp, hike, and geocache as a family. we have 16 or so pets, ranging from a black widow to toads to snakes canines and everything in-between. We are active Catholics and attend mass regularly at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Amarillo Texas. My wife is very active in the Parish, and volunteers with our friends "The Sisters of Prayer Town" the Nuns of the order "Disciples of The Lord Jesus Christ". Jennifer has had Leukemia for about 6 years now, and has been kicking it's A$$. Now the time has come for a bone marrow transplant. Pray for us, and God Bless.

School & work get cancelled 2-9-11

I'm not complaining, but it was a little ridiculous to close everything for 4 inches of dry snow.

Once again, we decide to make the best of the time we are having:
Out and about at 11:00 am on Wednesday. It was so cold out, that my mustache instantly began to collect moisture from my breath and freeze. It would have been totally unbearable had there been even a slight breeze.

Jennifer is still in the hospital. Things are looking ok. She feels like crap, but she's tough. Her doctor said her liver function seems to be improving. We all miss her, and love her. Pray for her please.
